Try in the Kids Studio →In the morning, Dede stood by the garden shed patting his pockets. "My key's gone!" he said. "If I can't open the shed, I can't plant my seedlings."
Tarçın's eyes weren't very good, but his nose and fingers noticed everything. "Dede, where did we go yesterday? Let's remember it backwards."
Let’s talk as a family: “Where did Tarçın look first, and where next, to find the key? 2) What do you do when you lose something?”

In the colouring pages, children colour Tarçın sorting jars onto shelves and listening to the beans, using the same colours together as they explain the groups. In seek-and-find, they search the messy pantry and the soup supper.
1) How did Tarçın sort the jars? Where did he put the tarhana jar? 2) How do you tidy your toys: by colour or by type? Together: Take a few dried pulses from the kitchen (beans, chickpeas, lentils) and mix them up. Let your child sort them first with eyes open, then with eyes closed. Shake each one in a jar and compare the sounds.
