A parent-managed experience

Adults create and manage StoryGlobally accounts. Use nicknames for child profiles and avoid unnecessary personal details such as school, address, photos or health information in text and images.

Private artwork and sharing

Saved artwork and progress belong to the relevant family account. Public workshop sharing is a separate parent choice followed by editorial review. Do not include a child’s full name or location in a public caption. Use account tools or support to withdraw a shared entry.

Payments and external services

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s screen. StoryGlobally does not retain full card details or the identity number supplied to the subscription payment provider. Subscription status and transaction references support access. Optional AI and YouTube features also involve the external provider’s data practices.

Device and account records

Some preferences and artwork may be stored locally in the browser; verified family profiles can use account synchronisation. Clearing browser data may remove local records. Sign out and avoid leaving a parent account open on a shared tablet.

Control and contact

The Data Protection notice explains processing grounds and rights. Newsletter preferences are separate from membership. Use the family hub or Contact page for account and data enquiries. Security controls are used, but no online service guarantees absolute security.
