Controller and scope

Omedya Bilişim Yazılım Tasarım A.Ş. is the controller for StoryGlobally. This notice covers visitors, parent accounts, parent-managed child profiles and contact requests. Use the company contact details above or the Contact page for enquiries.

Information and purposes

Parent email, family name and account records support membership and secure access. Nicknames, age bands, avatars, activity progress and saved artwork support the personal child space. Subscription and payment records support access, billing and customer requests. Technical connection and security records protect the service.

Collection and grounds

Information is collected electronically through forms, account actions and activities. Applicable grounds include contract performance, legal obligations, protecting rights and proportionate security interests. Optional processing requiring consent must be assessed and consent obtained separately. Processing children’s information requires attention to age and lawful representation.

Recipients and international transfers

Necessary information may be shared with payment, email and infrastructure providers and authorised authorities. Optional AI creation sends the relevant text and images to OpenAI; playing videos can transmit connection information to YouTube. International transfers require an applicable mechanism under Article 9 of Turkish data protection law. This notice itself does not authorise a transfer.

Retention and requests

Information is retained only for its purposes and applicable legal duties. Turkish law provides rights to obtain information, request correction or eligible deletion, notification to recipients, object to adverse automated analysis and seek redress. Send requests to the controller using a legally recognised method. A notice is separate from consent.
